GUIDELINES

Community Guidelines

The rules that keep our arcade safe, fair, and fun for every Canadian player.

CORE PRINCIPLES

Our Foundation

The AndyWins community guidelines exist to ensure that every player enjoys a safe, welcoming, and positive experience on our platform. These guidelines apply to all interactions within the AndyWins ecosystem, including leaderboard usernames, any community features, and communications with our team. By using AndyWins, you agree to follow these guidelines and contribute to the positive atmosphere that makes our community special.

Our guidelines are rooted in Canadian values of respect, fairness, and inclusivity. We believe that a great gaming experience starts with a great community, and a great community starts with clear, reasonable expectations for behavior. These rules are not about restriction — they are about creating an environment where everyone can have fun.

BEHAVIORAL STANDARDS

How We Treat Each Other

The following behavioral standards are expected of all AndyWins community members:

1. Be Respectful: Treat all players with dignity and kindness. Personal attacks, insults, bullying, and intimidation are strictly prohibited. Disagreements are natural, but they must be handled with maturity and respect.

2. Be Inclusive: AndyWins welcomes players of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

3. Be Honest: Do not misrepresent yourself or your actions. Do not use exploits, cheats, or automation tools to manipulate game scores or leaderboard rankings. Play fair and let your genuine skill speak for itself.

4. Be Considerate: Remember that there are real people behind every username. Think about how your words and actions affect others. If you would not say it to someone face to face, do not say it online.

5. Be Responsible: Play in moderation. Take breaks. Look after your wellbeing. AndyWins is meant to be a source of joy, not stress. If gaming stops being fun, step away and come back when you are ready.

CONTENT GUIDELINES

What Is and Is Not Acceptable

When choosing usernames, display names, or any text that appears on the platform, the following content is prohibited:

6. No Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group is strictly forbidden. This includes slurs, derogatory language, and symbols associated with hate movements.

7. No Explicit Content: Sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate content has no place on AndyWins. Our platform is designed for entertainment, not shock value.

8. No Spam or Scams: Do not use the platform to advertise products, services, or external websites. Do not attempt to scam or deceive other players. Do not send unsolicited messages or links.

9. No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be an AndyWins staff member, moderator, or any other person or entity. Impersonation undermines trust and is taken very seriously.

10. No Illegal Activity: Do not use AndyWins for any purpose that violates Canadian law or the laws of your province or territory. This includes but is not limited to sharing pirated content, facilitating fraud, or engaging in any form of criminal activity.

ENFORCEMENT

What Happens When Rules Are Broken

We take our community guidelines seriously. When violations occur, the AndyWins team will take appropriate action depending on the severity and frequency of the offense. Our enforcement approach is progressive and proportionate:

First Offense: In most cases, a first-time minor violation will result in a warning and an explanation of which guideline was violated. We believe in education over punishment.

Repeated Offenses: Continued violations after a warning may result in temporary restrictions on community features, such as leaderboard access or username changes.

Severe Violations: Serious offenses — including hate speech, threats, illegal activity, or systematic abuse — may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform without prior warning.

All enforcement decisions are made by the AndyWins team and are final. We aim to be fair and consistent in our application of these guidelines. If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal by contacting legal@andywinsthemall.com.

How to Report Issues
